• All orders qualify for USPS shipping.
• We also offer Expedited 2 day Shipping for an additional cost, calculated at the checkout.
• We strive to offer same day fulfillment on most weekdays and Saturday, excluding holidays. If you order Saturday night, or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.
• Orders from Thumper always ship discreetly in optimized packaging.
• We ship internationally to Canada, Australia, UK and Europe. Extra shipping fees may apply.
• If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured, or melted upon arrival, please contact us and we will provide a full refund or return upon reasonable proof.
• Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.
• If your package is marked as delivered but can't be found, check your mailbox, and you can also call USPS and provide them with your tracking number for more info.
• Thumper is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We have no control over your package after it is handed to the carrier. (USPS does offer a insurance policy on all shipments. Contact USPS for details.)
• Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered.
