Shipping policy

We offer shipping options displayed at checkout, including standard and, when available, expedited shipping.

  • Expedited shipping options and pricing are calculated at checkout.

  • We aim to fulfill most orders same day or next business day on weekdays and, in some cases, Saturday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders placed late Saturday or on Sunday typically ship on Monday.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.


1. Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays can occur, especially during holidays, weather events, or high-volume periods.

  • If there is a significant shipping delay and your order has not yet shipped, you may contact us to discuss available options.

  • If an item arrives substantially later than expected, we may, at our discretion, offer a partial refund, store credit, or another resolution, particularly where no advance notice of delay or cancellation option was provided.


2. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. First, check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, neighbors, and delivery area.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

  3. Contact us if you still need assistance.

Thumper is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, to the fullest extent permitted by law. However, we may assist you in filing a carrier claim where possible.


3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select destinations only. Availability may change at any time and may be limited based on local regulations, carrier availability, or other operational factors.

  • Additional shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, import restrictions, or brokerage fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Thumper Labs LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, import restrictions, regulatory inspections, or other circumstances outside of our control.

  • If a package is refused, returned, destroyed, or seized by customs authorities due to local laws or regulations, the customer remains responsible for any associated costs.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order are legal to import and possess in their country or jurisdiction before placing an order.
